Swedish:
A light and relaxing massage with gentle and rhythmic strokes that slowly relaxes muscles and increases circulation to the extremities.
Custom Massage:
This treatment is specially formulated for your body’s needs. A variety of techniques are used to obtain the best results; including deep tissue, acupressure, trigger point, stretching and energy work.
Deep Tissue:
Target stuborn knots in the muslces with deep tissue work aimed at whole body deep relaxation and theraputic changes. Deep tissue work can be usefull when the entire body feels tight and congested, when there is local pain that just wont leave or when there are structural issues that need immediate attention.
Reflexology:
This bodywork involves application of pressure to specific reflex areas in the feet that correspond to other parts of the body. These reflex zones stimulate body organs, relieves areas of congestion, reduces pain, increases relaxation, stimulates circulation and lymphatic fluids.
Lymphatic drainage:
Lymphatic drainage consists of various manipulations intended to stimulate the lymphatic drainage of various organs and tissues. Manual lymphatic drainage aims to eliminate bacteria, toxins, viruses, wastes and excess water, and addresses blocks in lymphatic circulation.
Craniosacral:
Craniosacral therapy is a gentle, noninvasive form of bodywork that addresses the bones of the head, spinal column and sacrum. By working these areas with an intention to decompress and create space the underlying energy, fascial and muscle issues are alleviated which aids in stress and pain reduction.
Polarity therapy:
Polarity therapy is an alternative holistic therapy for the purpose of restoring and maintaining proper energy flow throughout the body. The underlying concept of polarity therapy is that disease results from improperly dissipated energy but with energetic body work, balance can be restored.
Myofascial release:
Myofascial release is a safe and effective hands-on technique. It involves applying gentle sustained pressure into the myofascial connective tissue restrictions to eliminate pain and restore motion.
